KENDRA BURRIS

Kendra is the Chief Strategy Officer for Masked Rider Capital. In this role she spearheads the strategic planning and implementation processes of the organization. Currently, Kendra serves as Chief Executive Officer for 7Crew Enterprises, LLC, a MRC portfolio company focused on developing and operating 200-300 7Brew coffee stands across West TX, OK, CO and FL. 

Prior to joining MRC, Kendra was the Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chancellor, and Executive Chief of Staff at Texas Tech University System. She led organizational and personnel restructuring, was responsible for achieving strategic growth goals, and oversaw large-scale initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. During her time at TTUS Kendra also served in several executive capacities for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, providing decisive leadership for communications and marketing, crisis management, and governmental relations. She successfully engaged diverse stakeholders for institutional advancement, completing a multimillion-dollar capital campaign in concert with the Health Sciences Center’s 50th Anniversary.

Kendra holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University. She resides in Lubbock with her husband Scott, and they stay busy keeping up with their two college-aged daughters.
